Treetop Vista sits in quiet seclusion at over 3,600 feet but is still amazingly close to everything you came to the mountains to enjoy! Because here, it’s all about the view.
This two-story home is unique in the fact that all its living space is located on one floor with only a few short steps up to the front entrance. Sleeping 6 comfortably, Treetop Vista has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with plenty of room for family and friends. Feel the breezes blowing wistfully through the trees as you lounge on the outdoor couch and glider on the deck with yes, that spectacular mountain view. It’s just simply unforgettable. Imagine taking the time to read a long-lost book on the covered back deck as you watch fireflies starting to dance in the night air. Or relaxing with friends by the outside fire pit on the lower deck laughing about the day’s big adventures. Steaks are about ready on the grill… you can have it all here at Treetop Vista.
Inside the entire family will enjoy this home’s free flowing living area with gas log fireplace and big screen TV. The galley kitchen allows the chef in your party to spread out in a more linear fashion while not losing touch with what’s happening with the rest of the group. You’ll be surprised at how comfortable this well thought out space is whether you’re coming to stay for a weekend or a week. And the natural lighting here can’t be beat! Everyone will want to gather around the dining room table for dinner and a quick game of cards. The guest queen bedroom, twin bedroom and guest bath are adjacent on one side of the living space. The primary queen bedroom and primary bath ensuite are located on the other side of the living area.
All on just one level. With that view. You just don’t find that anywhere.
For those that do want to venture downstairs, a game room complete with ping pong table, air hockey, and darts awaits. A full-size washer/dryer laundry area, mini-splits for air conditioning, classic baseboard heat for heating, high speed Wi-Fi and internet with Fubo streaming cable TV, gas grill, and firepit complete this wonderful home.
Please note this property is not a pet friendly property. Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty. Approach to the home is fully paved and a steeper mountain road. The driveway has a paved upper portion and large gravel lower area with large turnaround. AWD/4-wheel drive and snow tire chains would be required in the winter months when snow or ice events occur. Exterior security cameras are on premise.
