The 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath Minnie’s Place, sleeps 6 and has 1 king primary bedroom with primary full bath ensuite on the main floor while on the upper floor are two queen bedrooms and full guest bath. A guest half bath is located on the main living space floor. The large open living area with its overstuffed couch and loveseat features a large screen Fire TV perfect for streaming and logging into your own favorite apps. A formal dining table and full kitchen with brand new appliances, plus laundry closet with washer/dryer rounds out the main floor living space. For those of you wishing to dine alfresco and enjoy the sights and sounds of Waynesville, there is an outdoor dining area on the front porch as well as rockers to take in the cool mountain air at night, plus to the rear of this property is a large brick patio with picnic tables and charcoal park grill for the bbq chefs in your group. High speed internet and Wi-Fi complete the package.

If you’re coming for a long weekend to visit the famed Biltmore Estate, it’s only 35 minutes away. If you’re staying in town and exploring Maggie Valley, you can visit Wheels Through Time Transportation Museum or go skiing at Cataloochee Ski Area or snow tubing at Tube World during the winter months.
