Walk to the conference facilities ortake the little ones to the Lake Junaluska playground. Take a leisurely stroll along the paved walking path that circles the lake while enjoying the historic buildings and the stunning mountain vistas that surrounds the entire area. The3.8 mile walking trail has several gazebos and benches where you can stop andrest while enjoying your stroll around the lake. If you prefer, you can shorten your walk to 2.3 miles by crossing the foot-bridge above the dam. Whichever way you choose to go, don’t miss walking through the “Rose Walk” which includes more than 200 hybrid tea, grandiflora, and floribunda roses.
Golfers will enjoy a round of golf at the Lake Junaluska 18-hole golfcourse. While playing golf at the 68 par course you can take in the spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. This course is open to the public and families are welcome.

We do experience inclement weather in this region, seasonally, that may limit accessibility; all-wheel drive and/or 4-wheel drive may be required durring severe winter weather road conditions.
