In about 15 minutes, youcould be in Waynesville at Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart or head toMain Street in Waynesville and enjoy additional shopping, dining, andsightseeing.
This cabin is a 40 minute drive tothe Blue Ridge Parkway, The Smoky Mountain National Park, and the Harrah'sCasino in Cherokee (even if you do not gamble it has some of the bestrestaurants around), Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, and justwest of Cherokee is Bryson City (home of the Smoky Mountain Railway and “PolarExpress” during the Christmas Holiday).
A little more than 40 minutes away,you’ll arrive in Asheville at the Biltmore Estates & Winery, severalmicro-breweries, and 1 hour and 20 minutes away is Transylvania County (home ofthe most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.
Approximately, 50 minutes awayheading south to Hendersonville, you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (withtheir enormous dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting,zip-lining and much more in the surrounding areas.
